Alright! Here we go! We're are going to give this a whirl for all the hip hop heads and rap all-stars. This is something I would like to do every week so let me know if you are on board.

This year is almost over as we look into the new
For some it brought great laughter
While others shed a few
Tears.
Mix that all in with the host of fears
Thrown at us by tv and and political machines
By those that want the money or need to be on the screens
Shelling out opinions for which they don't qualify
Picking up babies-from other countries-to try help to justify
Adultery.
A sin among sins, but I won't point the finger b/c of things I did
I know I'm no better. In fact I maybe worse
Walking like Jesus can sometimes feel like curse
But, I know in time
When you take the time to change, everything else is fine
Huh.
Would you look at that,
if I try to sell senate seat will my pockets get fat?
Nope but that's large scale version of a street level crime
People try take advantage and so I'm writing this rhyme.
No resolutions though I hope you're resolved
About where you are going in your life so that it won't be dissolved
Everyday we keep on running with no cares for the clock
No more looking over your shoulder
Keep your stuff on lock.
Lots of words up in the news but still no osama
But at least there was a good piece when we elected Obama
And with 2008 going away
I hope all the lower gas prices are going to be here to stay

We will not let the media attack the strength of our world
